FAQs

How to Order

  • To place an order, simply add your selection to cart

  • When you are ready to check out, click on your cart to review the items, enter coupon code if you have any

  • After filling in your billing and shipping details, you can select your preferred payment method using either Credit Card, PayPal or Offline Payment (Only for Singapore customers)

1) Paypal

  • Click "Checkout with Paypal"

  • You will be directed to the Paypal site, simply click through the pages to reach the Paypal login page

  • You DO NOT need a Paypal account to make payment. Simply select the option below of making payment with your debit and credit card

  • Enter your billing and shipping details and wait for your order to arrive! 

2) Direct Payment (only for Singapore customers)

  • Singapore customers can choose to make payment via Bank Transfer or PayNow using your mobile number! 

  • Simply click on the "Checkout" button and fill in your billing and shipping details, and follow the instructions to complete your payment

  • Once payment is completed, drop us an email with your order number and the transaction reference

  • Items will be shipped only after payment has been verified

  • Please note that only complete and fully paid orders will be shipped!

Exchange and Returns

​We take great care to ensure the quality of our items, and that the sizing guide and measurements provided are accurate. However, we understand if you need to exchange or return your purchased items if they do not fit. Please note that all earrings and jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.

1) Exchange

  • Exchanges can be accepted within 14 days of your purchase, and if the items are in brand new condition with its original packaging and tags 

  • Please email us at orders@ballroomthreads.com with your proof of purchase and the item/size you would like to exchange for and we will provide the shipping instructions to you

  • Please note that all shipping costs for Exchange and Returns will be borne by customers

  • Once we have received and verified the condition of your item, the new item will be shipped to you

2) Returns

  • Returns can be accepted within 14 days of your purchase, and if the items are in brand new condition with its original packaging and tags 

  • Please email us at orders@ballroomthreads.com with your proof of purchase and the item you would like to return and we will provide the shipping instructions to you

  • Please note that all shipping costs for Exchange and Returns will be borne by customers

  • Once we have received and verified the condition of your item, you will be refunded with store credit vouchers that you can use for your next purchase at our shop

Shipping

Ballroom Threads is based in Singapore but we do ship worldwide! 

1) Singapore

  • Normal Mail within Singapore is free for all orders, however no tracking information is available and Ballroom Threads will not take responsibility for any lost packages if customers choose the Normal Mail option.

  • Registered mail within Singapore is available for S$2.50. Tracking information is available and will be provided to customers once the package is shipped.

  • Store-collection is also available for Singapore customers at selected stockists and dance studios. Please select the dance studio you would like to collect the item at and we will notify you once the item is ready for collection. 

2) International

  • All international orders will be shipped via Registered Mail which comes with tracking information. Postage rates will be calculated automatically upon checkout based on the weight of your items and destination country.
